Once you've designed the floor plan for your event space, you can use the same seating chart to create multiple events in your BookMeToday calendar. Just select a time slot and create an event. Within the event details, click the checkbox to turn on registration, and under the seating chart selection, select the floor plan you designed.

Sell tickets for your events

With BookMeToday, you can easily sell tickets for your events. In the registration settings for an event, you can set a maximum number of attendees for your event and limit the number of spots allowed per customer. BookMeToday will recognize the categories you set in the floor plan, allowing you to set prices for each booth, seat, and section.

Once you've added the seating chart to an event, customers can easily select the seats they'd like to purchase, and can pay directly with a PayPal account.

Our Ticket Scanner App makes it easy for your event staff to check guests in and out with any mobile device. Simply select the event you’d like to check guests into, and the ticket scanner app will use the camera on the mobile device to scan and verify the ticket.
